I am also waiting for a baking tray. Last week the person I spoke to said that the system was showing more due in in April! However, she said that can't be right and when she looked into it further, said that they had had a delivery that day - I think it was maybe Tuesday? - and that my tray should be with me in 3-5 days. Still haven't received anything though.

I'm still waiting on my free stay fresh bags and toaster bags. Delivery seems very slow compared to other companies. Not sure if i would buy from them again.

Ordered last week, got them and they were covered in something (on envelope) was told to throw away and they send replacements, seem like good cs - delivery took few days for me, now waiting to replacements

OVEN TRAYS-
I have phoned up several times about these and been told I should recieve them soon & quoted various dates.
However I phoned today and have been told they are out of stock until february- no date in february has been given.At present I have been waiting 3 weeks.

Im pretty annoyed as I have had to be chasing up the order for a while and originally ordered these on the 12th january with next day delivery.I thought Lakeland had great customer services but I certainily havent experienced this.
So just to let anyone else who has ordered these and not recieved them you have a wait.
Im away to buy other oven trays in the meantime as I needed new ones 2 weeks ago.....

My order on 12 January also included one of these oven trays, partial delivery only with oven tray to follow.

I've e-mailed twice to chase it and yesterday I had the e-mail notification that the order has been picked, packed and despatched. I checked my order history and it now shows the tray to be despatched.

But am still awaiting stock of the free cookbook that goes with the slow cooker I ordered. I love Lakeland stuff but IMO they could do with improving their customer communication with online customers.
