I was slightly worried about this as i ordered early last week and still did not have a confirmation email but mine came today in the late post! Cannot believe how good that baking tray was for the price! BARGAIN! Also got Toastie bags, thanks for the free del and free bags!

Still waiting for my order, I ordered last Monday. Rang them today & they said it had been despatched on thur. My parcel has been handed to a 2nd courier?? As I live too far out in the sticks ( not true).

They are hoping it should be with me thur or friday. Total pants delivery time.

I'm not sure they really know what's going on. I also ordered a baking tray, so did have a delivery. but they told me by email that they were hoping to get it to me in about 5 days. Turned up that morning. They didn't even tell me it had been shipped.

Got mine delivered today and the envelope disgusting. Its covered in something, looks like urine. I have emailed asking for a refund

I got a letter from them yesterday morning saying the 99p long handled spoons had gone out of stock and that they had been removed from my order. They were the only thing I ordered apart from free bags so I was a little disappointed.

Then yesterday evening I found a jiffy bag through my door with Lakeland written on. Inside were the free bags. Free bags, free postage. What a bargain! :j

Did need the spoons for nearly empty jars but never mind.

If an item is crossed off the invoice that comes with the package, just check you haven't been charged for it. One of my items wasn't available, handwritten note on the invoice saying out of stock, but they hasn't deducted this from the charge to my card. I emailed them and they sorted it right away. Their customer service is really good anytime I've had to contact them.

Got my delivery dispatch note, but I've still to receive my goods. I'm hoping that they'll be at the house when I get home.

same with me i had 2 orders (one for me one for brother) i got sent a second set of bags totally free

Got my order yesterday - the baking trays are excellent, so much so I am going to pop to bicester tomorrow and get a couple more instore (if they have them) - tried the toastie bags lunchtime - was ok for cheese and ham, not sure how I would get baked beans sarnie into the bag as it was quite a tight fitting as it was and even though I have a wide setting on my toaster I struggled a bit getting the bag in the slop. Got some other bits from the sale too and of course the free bags but it was worth the wait just for the baking trays.

Just rang bicester and they don't have any in stock (incase anyone else wanted some too) and the system is showing as unavailable which she said usually means they have gone totally oos due to high demand (although they are still available on the website).
