Can I ask, anyone who has received the free stayfresh bags, how many do you get? I see on the website they are sold in a pack of 20 for £3.91. Do you get a full pack of 20 or is it just one? Thanks for your help!

Just ordered some more for my mum and the free del code no longer gives you the option of express delivery

Very useful. I like their baking trays and intended to get another at some point, but they're not cheap. So I've bought one of those, some jellies as a pressie and added some of the free bags and of course the free postage.

I've ordered some free bags along with some of those chocolate trains yesterday afternoon. I still haven't had a confirmation email though and when I check my account online it says "order pending". Is it usual to wait a while until you get the confirmation email or have people received the email as soon as they've made the order? Thanks.

I got order confirmation email, and then my order stated pending when I tracked it. Then it arrived today, didn't get a dispatched email.

I've just placed an order and as yet I haven't had an email. However, Lakeland is one of those stores that I do trust implicitly and so will wait. Have little choice as I can't get back on the site.

Order arrived today, so must have been sent express - excellent. My email was one of those which didn't have item numbers, but everything is there except for one item which is marked on the note as "to follow", so anyone else who wondered about the missing descriptions in the email - don't worry!

Might go do another order now, assuming I can use the free postage code again...
