Go to the Institute of Sales Promotion website. You have to register, I think, but they have a lot of info about running a good, legal comp.

Sorry Savvy but if you check, every post here contains a competition, it isn't a discussions place. There is a 'sticky' at the top of the forum for Competition discussion.
