I think there should be a law stopping companies sending out emails with the title subject:

And the winner is... you!

Can someone help. Got a WEM on Monday to say I'd won a beauty hamper worth £250, arrived this morning and only four beauty products in it and I've checked on their website and they all add up to around £110, way less than the £250 promised.

Do you think I should contact them?

I probably would get in touch, the items arent on sale or anything now are they? Have you found the comp to see what the competition said the prizes were?

    This is the comp here
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1455563&highlight=etoile

The four items consisted of bath oil (£30) soap (£8), perfume (£40) and a candle (£30) but the comp details from Catz's post states

Stella has four hampers filled with Austique’s newly-launched ‘Belle Etoile’ bath and body range to give away (worth £250 each). The white orange blossom-scented products include candles, body lotion, bath oil and eau de parfum.

I checked the prices on Austique's website (there doesnt appear to be a sale on at the moment) and hate to sound greedy but it feels as if I've been conned
