Sorry hoster. With working nights I clean forgot about this.

    Just had a quick look
    Uninstall the ASK toolbar/software

    FIX this using hijack
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - !!7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

Log looks clean generally. Just some startup programs that probably arnt needed

    Personally id uninstall ADAWARE

    and install SPYBOT
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_spybot_search_destroy/
    (IMMUNISE as well as scan)

    CCLEANER
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Run the top 2 scans every 3 or 4 months

SMART DEFRAG to defrag your drive

Id also install SUPERANTISPYWARE (Similar to malwarebytes ~ good for a backup scan)
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/
UPDATE and SCAN as a precaution

You should have said that before
    Try unstalling zonealarm
And installing PCTOOLS FIREWALL to see if that fixes it
    http://www.download.com/PC-Tools-Firewall-Plus-Free-Edition/3000-10435_4-10625321.html
(Make SURE zonealarm has gone before attempting to install pctools)

Mp3s are very unlikely to make a difference unles your hard drives almost full?

Its the only thing I can think of at the moment that might be effecting your internet
it IS a very good firewall, but the latest updates seem to have made a c*ck of things somewhere along the way

A firewall is to prevent connections to the net when needed (Say a nasty program tried to call outwards)
So possibly could be fixed but that would take a LONG time to sort out, Putting on another firewall will make the job 10 times easier
