ok here I am....... so i download that and it will tell me how to get afull scan so i can post and then you can look at it for me??

Download Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php install ,update and run a quick scan and remove everything it finds then post the logfile it creates back here.

Then download hijackthis http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Install it and press "Do a system scan and save a logfile" it will create a logfile in notepad and post the file back here contents of it back here.
