What would happen if (when) easyMobile goes?

I have been pondering that for many people who took out easyMobile SIMs and only use it as an emergency phone that their initial credit will soon run out because of Easy's monthly low-usage charge.

If customers decide not to top up just to pay future charges then an awful lot of customers will effectively leave - all at a similar time. Therefore, if Stelios decides to drop the whole thing as it must be hard to get the numbers up with this policy - what would happen?

What might occur? That is, would another operator buy the numbers/accounts or would all the number suddenly be gone?

I may well be mistaken and they are doing well (and, yes, I have too much time on my hands waiting for an appointment right this minute...........)
