Hi, I hope someone can help. On the subject of Real Player - I've been following Martin's advice and reviewing my direct debits and cancelling ones for things I no longer used.
The last one I need to think about cancelling is for Real Player Plus. I signed up to it a year ago as, if I remember right, I wanted to download a concert from an Australian TV website that required Real Player to view it. When I downloaded it, it signed me up to £8.99 a month. Stupidly I've never checked this since.
I only use Real Player to watch some downloaded video content. I never use it on-line to listen to Real's radio & TV content, etc. I just use the BBC's own player.
So my question is - does anyone know if I can cancel my Real Player subscription and keep the player software in-tact on my desktop with the ability to play existing downloads off my hard drive, burn CDs, etc, etc?
Thanks a lot. I'd love to scratch this £8.99 off my list of direct debits!:D
Big thanks to Martin Lewis for helping us start to sort out our finances!!!:A
