Unlocked vodaphone phone

Can you tell me the cheapest phone on the market that is unlocked. I need a new phone but have an unbeatable contract that I have had for 3 years, funnily enough vodaphone want me off the tariff so will not give me a new handset. I have toyed with the idea of giving it up but cant get anything close. Can anyone help?
