    Okay just caught up....

My employers have agreed to me going part time as long as i do three days in a row, not a day on and a day off IFSWIM...thats a load off my mind....

AND - I have just been for a run....5.13km in 37mins according to my nike+:rotfl: thats just over 7k per hour not bad for my second run in six weeks.....not so much feeling like I was having a heart attack tonight....thank god.

Now I have just had my spicy tomato soup and am about to eat my 50g of cottage cheese yum yum....

  • hey all!

I had a job interview today, and I didn't get it, so feeling pretty crap! I have only just been made redundant, but I am already starting to worry about what will happen when my wages run out.

Went to the gym for a couple of hours though, that helped cheer me up.

    So how's everyone?

No I didn't calibrate it Sally cos the instructions said it was pretty much calibrated and I had mapped my run before I went and it was pretty accurate tbh.....I have just plugged it in and its sent all my data (all one run:rotfl: ) to the nike website, where I have just created a very slim mini me:rotfl: :rotfl: .

The things I do lately....anyway off for a bath now, cos I have just sat here like a vegetable since I got in...:o

    Its very quiet here tonight...

think it just depends on your stride length as to how accurate it is. Mine was way way out in fact I used it in the bristol half for the first time without calibrating it and it came out I had run over 15 miles :rotfl:

where is everyone tonight...people have a life away from here? surely not ;)

Yes Sammy it is very quiet on here tonight, I was encouraged out of "lurkdom" by BB earlier & I'm now starting to get a complex that I might of killed the thread off
