It was such a rigmarole - ring this number ring that number that I have given up I really can't be bothered although I must admit I did answer their customer survey with a few choice words.:rotfl:
No no! Thats what they're trying for! I'm with morethan, and there's something about a personal link person that you ring? I only know because I did a phone interview with a mystery shopping company about them - I'd never noticed it on my policy
They're trying to put you off - if they're playing telephone tag with you, put it in writing, in detail, and say why. Send a copy of that letter to any sensible department you can think of, and tell the original addressee that too - don't let them get away with carp.
Wol and I and others have had a discussion recently, I think on this thread, about complaining - I was really upset about Sky a few weeks ago, tho I do ***keep on*** - I wrote a letter on the night they upset me, and I've since written two drafts, which change because they keep sending me more letters, demanding differing amounts of money. I've now had a final letter from them, cancelling my account and saying I don't owe them any money. And thats only for £17.50! Your freezer contents is a big deal, Horace, they *owe* you, its what insurance is for.
Sorry to rant:o:o I feel very strongly about this sort of thing

Horace - You go girl!
These letter writing ladies spurred me on last week and a weak and feeble complaint I made last year, has been re-ignitedescalated to the correct person and may one day be answered with money
(I dream)
Sympathies with the freezer death. Due to EDF energy I have a freezer-full claim. And apparently it doesn't affect my NCB:j
