Believe me you are in for the best experience of your life and good luck.

Words just can't describe how great a feeling it is to be a father.

  • I think every parent will admit that their no expert, but ask away and you'll get our experiences.

I've got 2 now a little boy nearly 3 and a 16 months old girl and while they look similar both are totally different.

In a good way I envy you that you've got that first born experience ahead of you.

Just wait till the birth :D life suddenly takes on a whole new meaning :D.

It isn't all plain sailing by any means (says he who has just had to threaten a two and a half year old with the naughty chair for bedtime tantrums) but the good bits are really good, and the bad bits are soon forgotten and laughed about later ;)

  • I use this site a lot for my shopping. Obviously can't get a full shop but it's great for all sorts of stuff.

Also I always check on the reduced counter and buy stuff even if I am not going to use it that week and put it in the freezer. Things like cream, sandwich meat etc.
