    Evening all

I'm sooooo glad it's the weekend. Long day in a team thing today - very intense and I got frustrated at some points! Still, I think there may be some positive signs! Also think (hope) I made a good impression on the new guy who manages our manager. I think he gets what is happening and what needs to happen! I washed up before I left as the lady was doing the flat inspection. DH laughed at me making the bed but I said 'I don't want her to think we're the kind of people who don't make the bed'. he thinks it's funny to leave it unmade as he leaves after me!

In terms of other flying, think it will be minimal tonight - dinner's in the oven then need to collapse, but will do some tomorrow thught it's generally ok - as welshgirl says - 2 of us don't make that much mess once it is organised!

toots - I'd like to encourage you to aim only for level 1 for a week. Just post the list of the day we're on and try and do those one or two things. The big lists just overwhelm you. Take your own advice and do babysteps, you'll get there babe! :)

soappie - could just imagine your message to the damp man...hope the news is not too bad.

dusty - love the wii fit. Only downside is that it's not so easy to play together as you have to go back through a few screens and select your character so not so easy to swap between people as on some games. But i've done it lots, not thelast couple of nights but plan to do lots this weekend, hopefully tonight also.

What a busy day!! I have not stopped! DD1's room was untidy, grubby and disorganised. Sometimes I think I'm pretty tough on my girls, she's been trying to do it herself. She can get in looking ok, but I think at age 11 it's reasonable to expect that I should have to help every now and again. What do you lot think?:confused: I haven't done anything in there for about 9 months, so I spent about an hour chucking stuff out and cleaning/tidying and reorganising. Not so bad I don't think.

Best thing about today was that I went to Lloyds chemist, and bought loads of mega reduced gifts for birthday pressies, and to top up my party presents drawer. I am so pleased, I got a bin liner full of stuff!

Right OH's just turned up with chip shop for tea.....

See you later, I haven't caught up on the thread, so I apologise if I've posted in the middle of something important without referencing it!!!!
