In my HHC
Put DS's bed back, put the guest bed back under it and slid the whole lot back into position with bated breath...so far the castor is in position.
Got clean bedding out for all beds
Made DSs bed (sheet change day)
Closed windows
Washed pots
Brought drying in, folded and hung on maiden. Ironed the bits I needed to - 2 pr DSs trousers, a t-shirt, two tea towels and a duster

Well my HHC at 1.45 went pear shaped - dropped a jar of jam on floor so had to clean up glass and jam kitchen floor is now gleaming even did the kick backs when down there.
Just having a cuppa and will then crack on, quite fancy a quiet night if i can get most of the list done.0 -

give everyone a carrier and tell them to fill it with things to get rid of.. rubbish or clothes that no longer fit or recycling or whatever.. just declutter
:TList has definately decrease. DD1 just home, DD2 off school as Aunty Flo is visiting her and not being very nice either.
In mist of S&S kitchen, again!!! (think I will have to ban any use of kitchen once its been cleaned:D)

Mum of four ~ that sounds quite a regime you and your daughter are having to go through....I hope you can get some help very soon.
I've been out all day, been shopping in Lidls, Iceland, Poundland and Marks & Spencers....and I'm all shopped out. I'll put my list up to encourage myself, but I probably won't get much done on it today.

Gryfon - the guard worked for me, I only grind in times of extreme stress now but it takes a good time to work. FYI I found a bottom guard far more effective than a top guard.
Really struggling to find any energy but I am working on the hotspot which has grown this week in the kitchen.
Rach how are you getting on with the wii fit?

Two beds made...
think I will go and peel spuds now for shepherd's pie and DDs tea. DS at his GFs again - so they have the pleasure of feeding a growing 15 yo. Their son is 9. Mine must have come as quite a shock...
