Back again- a bit late but hey ho!
HHC results:
t/c to comet took 20 mins to sort out - but now engineer hopefully going to fix it next Wednesday - this means DS will have to get out of his pit as it is an all day appointment starting at 8am - haha - i just love when he has to get up early like the rest of us!
Also put savory mince in the oven with chopped veg in it aswell - must go and do the spuds soon.
But i did do 5 mins washing up as well and put more coal on the fire.
Not too bad -but I am worried I will not be keep this up when back at work full time next week - how does everyone cope with work and flying?
15 mns break then off to do spuds and then list ebay stuff - might aim for 1 than anymore would be a bonus.

Feel rather weary now.
I did get two pieces of mending done whilst at swimming and returned some shorts from mail order - warehouse was right by the swimming pool I realised when I wrote out the address so took it in in person :money: .

Mudbath so sorry about your cat. if the ear doesn't bother her too much, maybe it would be better to have some cuddly snuggly time rather than ear drops? Good Luck I'm sure we're all thinking of you ((((HUGS))))
LilySue Congrats on the driving lesson, it's never too late to learn something new, and it feels great to be able to drive! I miss driving (gave up my car 3 yrs ago).I took a long time to learn before I went for my test, because I felt I'd rather be sure I was a safe driver than just pass the test. I even took more lessons after I passed the test! so go easy, little by little, and you'll get there!
Hollyh Happy Birthday!! :bdaycake:

Hi everyone, hope you are all ok!
Had a great day today, Hotel looked after us really well, food was great. Really productive day and an excellent networking opportunity. Loads more meetings booked in, my diary is getting extremely full! I managed the quick change from walking boots to suit in record time :rotfl: then of course back into those when I got home to walk the dog again as DP had spent the day on the sofa doing nothing at all, men eh!
Anyway BACK TO REALITY!!! This evening I need to at least get the sitting room pulled round, there is paperwork all over from where he's opened the post and left it, food wrappings/plates/cups etc he's left, toys from the kids, clothes that were clean he's let the dog trample on.....I suppose I should do a list really.
Hope you are all ok, will catch up reading while working out what can go on my list that I can achieve tonight. One day I might be more organised...........

They dont head from one corner to the other, car 1 follows car 2, so when they set off car 2 starts to move down vertically and car 1 moves horizontally but also starts moving down as it follows car 2, does that makes sense? All four cars do the same thing at the same time which is why they spiral in to the centre as they are each trying to reach the car in front. This is hard to explain without diagrams! They will eventually collide in the centre of the square after a distance of 1 unit( the same length as the side of the square). The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
thanks gunsandbanjos that makes more sense now!

:bdaycake:Happy birthday hollyh!!:bdaycake:
Busy day at work, but went very well - the school had good news about their performance in the league tables, so muffins for everyone at break! Lovely for me, as they usually do that Friday when I'm not there.
Some decluttering done, but will do today's list tomorrow I also need to empty the livingroom over the weekend, as the new carpet is being laid on Tuesday! Another opportunity for chucking I think!
