Still not got pics of bedroom done.. but I have located my camera.

I'm at a meeting at 7 tonight so I'll post the list in a second... and I need to get dinner in... FOOD!!!!!!! I am RAVENOUS!

DS2 will have to have his 'birthday party' shifted to the weekend cos we are all out.. I now have 3 teenagers :eek: :eek: :eek:

Mudbath

During my 15 minute challenge (thanks for joining me toochoosey) I;

- sorted the bottom of my wardrobe
- sorted the inside of my bureau
- finished clearing the tops of the chest of drawers
- decided which of the children's christmas presents should be 'recycled' (some of them were just too young for them or doubles of things they already had)
- de-pooped the garden

Not bad really. Children have gone to my parents to have their tea. It's sooooooooooo quiet on here.

eat asap - haven't had a chance yet today, very busy at work.

Not working tomorrow so having so going to bottom out the playroom. Does anyone fancy joining me - picking one room and doing a deep clean with before and after photos?

Hi to serena - I sent you a pm a couple of days ago.

Had a half day at work today (morning only) so used the afternoon to go to Aldi down in North End (Portsmouth) as we don't have one near us, as they have their super 6 on, so got 5kg white potatoes for 49p and 6 oranges for 49p too. Then I went shopping at Gunwharf cos I've been meaning to look in their white stuff for a couple of dresses that have gone into their outlet. However, I saved myself £65 cos when I tried them on, they looked frumpy, so I'm glad I didn't get them when they were full price.

Off to do some flying before OH comes home, as he actually noticed that the place looked generally tidier yesterday. Also, when little black cat rolled on the landing, I noticed bits of fluff all over him, so it's time I hauled the vacuum upstairs again.

Anyone up for a HHC 4.50-5.20? That gives us 7 minutes to prepare our lists.

Well I have no choice but to put the WM, poor DD has had a bit too much movicol and its cleared her out so to speak, erghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I have just thrown her into the bath as I have a problem with that end lol.

Afternoon All

I have managed to keep the momentum going -

have fed DD - who is still sick
sorted out 3 bags in utility room but can't do anymore as the light does not work and it is getting dark - good excuse me thinks!
Threw away 2 carrier bags of out of date tins/jars - oh i am so bad - wasted food

lit fire - got DS to get coal in
DS also took recycling out and brought bin back to house as the bin men leave it miles away...
ordered yet more parts for DS computer that he is planning to build himself - how i have no idea

have done HHI and plan to to another one

Plans

Need to wash up and put tea on to cook
get bag ready for work
find clothes for work
ring Comet as the freezer bought before Christmas does not work
and find some thing to eat as I am really really hungry

I need to:
Clean bathroom
Cook tea (will start that at 5.10pm so its ready at 5.30pm)

Hopefully DD1 & 2 will entertain each other for a bit (Cbeebies might help!!)

I have today made an appointment for the fire service to come round and do a free fire risk assessment and fit a free 10 year smoke alarm. Just thought I'd post this to remind anyone else who needs to do it too.

Ready...Steady.....GO!
