Are there any ISP's left these days who don't traffic manage?

As title.
If not, are there any who do it less than other ISP's?

Sky claim not to do it
I am thinking of switching too, as I am fed up of having to download torrents overnight
As far as I can tell if I switch to sky max broadband and switch for telephone services the monthly costs will be
£10 for unlimited broadband with no fair usage policy or traffic shaping
£10 line rental
£5 for unlimited calls any time of day to UK landlines
Activation fee of £25 will be waived because I am ordering Sky Talk too.
Free Broadband for 3 months because I am taking the max package and having line rental as part of the Talk package
So £25 a month for Broadband and telephone services. This seems too good to be true, but this is what I have got from the Sky Website.
I currently pay £25 a month to BT just for Broadbean, plus the telephony package which makes the bill roughly £50 a month in total. So halving my bill and being free from bandwidth throttling seems to be a no brainer....0 -
Thanks guys. Unfortunately where we live we can't get Sky Max or o2, either of which I would have opted for tbh.
Will go look at Zen.Herman - MP for all!

This is an old post but my question is the same.
We have been misled by O2 and are now on the All Rounder which is traffic managed. Who still doesn't traffic manage?0 -

It's worth checking with o2 direct as sometime the exchange appears not to but o2 do supply from there.
I'm with zen. Not the cheapest but the service is very good and it's monthly contract.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

why pay ridiculous prices for Zen and AAISP? Go with Goscomb Technologies (i used to be with them), they are as good as (if not better) than the likes of Zen, AAISP, idnet yet are considerably cheaper. Oh and they don't trafiic shape
