£23.57 over what period?
Do you know for sure the rest has not been suspendid ?0 -
£23.57 untill the arrears are paid, unless my circumstances change financially, at which point i would imagine ill start paying maintainance again, plus contribute towards my arrears.
What you mean suspendid??0 -
So it will take over 36 years to pay off your arrears. I bet the PWC is delighted. I would be absolutely peed off if I was the PWC in your case and would be asking for further action to be taken. Regardless of what has happened, you have admitted that you have deliberately not paid - that isn't her fault and it certainly isn't your child's fault (who has had to go without because of your actions).0

don't get rightious with me kelloggs36 coz you don't know all the ins and outs of the past 10 yrs! you only know the tip of the iceburg!!! Read my last but 1 post!!!!!0

For your info i gave my Ex my House, a £35,000 lump sum (which the CSA DIDN'T take into account!!!!!!), and paid off all the marital debts, so am i such a bad person???????0
-
It is quite clear in the legislation that any equity in a house will NOT be taken into consideration for child support purposes if it happened after 1993 - so if you did that on legal advice I would suggest you take issue with your solicitors.
The fact remains that you avoided paying child support and are now complaining that you have arrears - which will take a stupid amount of time to pay off. You can't really blame anybody but yourself for your situation can you?0 -
I was just trying to ascertain if its going to be over 30 odd years?
or if your figure has been revised?0 -
I'm not complaining!!!!! i said in a previous post and i quote "i'ts all my fault for the arrears that i owe, i was just cutting my nose off to spit my face" blimey wish i hadn't come on here now!!! i wasn't expecting some righteous no it all to start on me :-S At the end of the day i have now done things by the book, for the last 4 yrs i have been paying £475pcm i then lost my job, been out of work for 7 months, just got a job that pays alot less unfortunately, got reassessed and it came back as a NIL ASSESSMENT!!!! Not my fault is it!! I have complied with CS Law!!!0

£10,396
thats coz when myself and my Ex split she did alot of nasty stuff i.e. text me saying my eldest son (now 16) had been in a RTA and was dead !!!! still gets to me now, so to make her suffer i used to change jobs on a regular basis, not understanding at the time all i was doing was making my kids suffer, but i've grown up alot since then, plus i was taken to court and recieved a 2yr suspended sentence , it's all my fault for the arrears that i owe, i was just cutting my nose off to spite my face.
Anyway, i recieved a letter off of the CSA today telling me they had reassessed me due to my arrears and the outcome is,
I have to pay £23.57p/m for my arrears but still have to pay £0.00 CS due to my low income, At last the CSA have got something right , it's only took them 10 yrs!!!!!! :j
It took them 10 years because you didn't play by the book all that time - you ducked and dived in order to avoid paying and are blaming the CSA for this fact by your post.0 -
I'm Not!!! I'm blaming myself ya idiot!!! I take it your getting shafted by them are you kelloggs36? Anyway thats it from me can't be doing with talking to you so Goodbye!!!!! You dont know me or know all the facts so DONT judge me!!!!!!0
