Suggest a new ISP

Hi there, I have been using AOL for quite a few years now but decided I want a change as I am sick of randomly being disconnected for days on end.
I welcome anyone to suggest a new isp that is, quite cheap, a very good isp and does not monitor downloads.

every ISP monitors downloads - or at least know when you've downloaded something in particular from a certain source (your IP address leaves a trail)

maybe you mean 'not monitor' as in unlimited, rather than a capped usage allowance ... just be careful... unlimited doesn't always mean unlimited!

if you are wanting 'uncapped' then sky llu or o2 are your best bets...if available...

I'm on o2, cant praise them highly enough.
I get it half price because i have an o2 mobile, the technical help phone line is free and i've never had an issue.
