surely you realised that most ISP's say you need a BT line to get their broadband .....no an LLU line from another providerEx forum ambassador

no i am not surpised origianly i wrote to them i hav received aphoen call to which it was promises etc.. but they have not deliver anything ...
what really annopyed me it is their claim of "free broadband" where you to fork out a connection of fee 29.99 , 9.99 or so/month and a disconnection fee of 70 pounds plus line rental to talk talk and an 18 month contract... i think just this claim is misleading .
to date i am still not sure exactly wht type of contract i am with talk talk they are refusing to send me detail of the contract by post as "apparently they can't trace through their own computer system" instead they told me "it is on the top of their website just click on it".
for over month and constant phone calls to them, to sort out amicably this issues , they have not done anything they have promised to sort out. i had enough of themBSC number 1830 -
sorry browntea i a m not very knowldegeable when it comes to computer, LLU and so forth
i was with talk talk landline and i had no problem getting O2 broadband . amnyway at the end of the week i will be back with BT but i am not finished with talk talk.BSC number 1830 -
interesting i have received another phone call from their office again with tone asking why i write such complaint letter etc.... anyway they have admitted (over the phone to which i have it recorded) that they have a data protection issue meaning by that the person whcoi has ordered this broadband/telphone package wasn't me ....
obviusly ai mnot british and i have such a strong accent that it is not a problem to prove as aparently this guy as a mancunian accent .... then they went on to say has the guy has given the right answer to the security question that for them it is ok they even admitedd that i have called them tetlling them thati am not interested iby their broadband services etc.... i still don't knwo how they are going to resolve this issue to date unbelievable what an awful customer services and company to which has no regards towards its customer !
now i am thinking to get some my money back as i have been paying for a services to which i didn;t ask for nor i did enter into such contract as by their term and condition they "have not seeked my express consent"BSC number 1830
