  • Hi,

found a crimper on ebay which might be of use to somebody - tried to do a link but for some reason it wouldn't work but if you do a search for paper crinkler it should come up - buy it now of £3.50 with £2.50 p+p or £1.99 starting bid with over 7 days to go - more expensive than some people have been able to find them but cheaper than I could get one where I live. Also if you do a search under paper corrugator another style shows up - £4.50 buy it now with £1.15 p+p

    Hi Lucy

The box is Red and it says Craft Set Co at the top and Craft Punch set at the bottom left hand corner, the front of the box is clear with the two pairs of scissors either side of the crimping machine and 2 stamps either side at the bottom. The scissors are blue and light green and the machine is mainly pink! Your OH should find this with all the other stationery bits and bobs I would say they are easy to find Hope this helps and good luck!

Thank you Hels, fab description!! I will print that out so he can take it to work with him when he's back in. Just hope he gets sent to Gloucester now! lol

I've been scouting around for papers already, can't wait to get started on these!

No problem Lucy hope he manages to get you one!

I made my first one last night, OMG how easy are they to make! I was so impressed my OH said OK so what do you intend doing with that, they just don't understand do they!

Now for my stupid question I followed the step by step instructions and on the last page is shows the finished article with like a name tag in the shape of a flower how do I get that shape?! Sorry if that doesn't make sense!

hels, just noticed you live in South Wales, OH also works in Wales once or twice a week, so do you mind me asking which your local store is, incase he goes there before Gloucester (he doesn't know where he is going each day until he logs on for that day???)

    Thank you!

Hi hels, it's a paper punch. It's a "stampin up scallop punch", then a circle punch layered on top. Now for the hard bit, they don't sell in stores, as far as I can work out they are sold by demonstrators??? There's none on ebay.co.uk only on the ebay.com website. We(UK) do have them but they're not the same as you'll see in my pics. Sorry I'm no more help.

I know nothing about these sellers.

I'm even less than impressed now! We don't have any paper crimpers in our home bargains :(

I am still watching for them on ebay :rotfl:

I can pick one up from Hobbycraft is that's any good and pop in post?

Yes they did thanks, after I picked them all up off the floor when they found out I'd made them :j I put 6 chewy mints in each one (we had a Chinese and thought mints may be nice afterwards - and they were).

My SIL loved the green paper and was very interested to know how to make them :D
