I think they're seperate issues really, we should never justify one expense because of a poor allocation of funds elsewhere, although the JLR issue would to me seem to be a good use of funds and I cant see any loan going bad.
I know they are seperate issues, but when people come on here and say why should our money bail out JLR, without even knowing where the taxpayers money does go makes me laugh.
I was trying to educate to where taxpayers money does go, has obviously a lot of people dont know whee it goes.
Its obvious they dont know where their taxes get paid i was just showing them where some of it does go, to be honest i was surprised at how much of it is given away, and some of the reasons are terrible.I am not a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as not being a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I agree with you, we're not richer than anyone else but for some reason the Government believes we can borrow billions for causes outside our own borders.
Even so, if people do not know how all our taxes are spent, they can still give their (valid or not) views on the 'JLR crisis' - the spending on wars in Iraq makes no difference to the costs-benefit analysis for supporting a car manufacturer in the midlands (except on possible related orders).matched betting: £879.63

Can I also add, it's not just JLR asking for help. It's the whole of the motor manufacturing industry to try and save over 800,000 jobs....0
