Googling your name - for comp wins

Oh dear. I'm a murderer, a newspaper editor who's won lots of awards, written a controversal book, spy, surfer, martyr, economics professor, ballet teacher, musician. Didn't know I had the time!

However, there's so many, that searching for my name is a waste of time!

Well what a surprise. I was shot dead at the age of 8 in West Sussex and then went on to win the Red Hot regional snooker tournament by potting a 'sweet' black ball in Cambridge. All well and good considering this all happened in 1963 and 1970 respectively. Wasn't born until late 70's so I've done well!

Haven't won anything though

When I google my name I just bring up comps I know I won and got prizes for ages ago, but I still check at least once a week!

However I am also an American actress who has a profile on web based Talent portfolio site and have played such roles as a nurse and drug addict. I appear to like my portfolio pics taken in my underwear

I love googling my name as there is someone with the same name who works for one of the Health Authorities who has written some very clever sounding books and co-written some papers that are on university reading lists. I've written a lovely review of my time in S.W. Cornwall - despite having never been there! But I enjoyed it! And I've got a Bristol Facebook profile thing, all written in German, with a lovely edited pic of Wonderwoman as my profile pic!

No murders or Pullitzer prizes though. And only a couple of comp wins that I already knew about anyway!

I had never thought to google my username! Doh!!! Off to do it now. If I've won anything, I'll be back - so probably won't be back!

Edit: no comp wins with username, but I've got a rather nice restaurant in Chicago that you should all visit - here!

I regularly google my name, the same old sites crop up. One day a different one appeared, thought woohoo that looks promising - It was a really explicit !!!!!! site (with moving pictures i might add). Nearly passed out:eek: Only pleased my 12 yr old wasn't looking over my shoulder at the time.

:DI'm loving this thread. When i google my name it appears that OJ Simpson has set up a company using my name to filter away money for a book deal entitled "If I Did it".
this deal is worth approx $800,000 so i'm hoping it will go into my bank account asap.:j
maybe this is why i received an email the other day from the FBI:eek: asking for my bank account details so that they can refund me my millions that some cartel have taken from fraudulantely. How lovely of them:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
