Googling your name - for comp wins

I know this may seem to be a stupid question but i would love to know the answer. I see from many posts that people say they google their name to see if they have won any comps. I have tried to do this but dont think i am doing it right. do you just put your name in ,or do you put your name and address in?, or do you put for example joe bloggs- competitions. Can anyone enlighten me on what format i should use to get the best results. Thanks everyone.

or joe bloggs 'winner'

I put "joe bloggs" + winner. Dunno if thats right or if there is a better way.

I put jadring winner and jadring competition and also joe bloggs winner and joe bloggs competition.

I usually google "Joe Bloggs" winner.

I always seem to pull up millions of facebook hits when I search so also try "Joe Bloggs" -facebook which reduces the number of matches.

I just put my real name or username and select UK only. My name isn't common, so I know it's me if it shows i've won something. x
