Very disappointing with T-mobile
Options
I had joining T-mobile's 18 months Relax 100+100 since 15th January06,(£10.50 for 12 months, no need to claim, straight discount on the bill every month) it sounds a good saving start. But I was totally disappointed when I received my first bill on 20th Jan Friday. T-mobile had put me into a wrong price plan which I never request to, the information on the bill is totally different with what written on the contract, the balance is triple amount (£26.23) of what we agree on the date I sign my contract in the Oxford Street store. It also means I have to call up Customer Service to find out what's happening. As I am a "Self Service" customer, I have to pay 50p a minutes for calling to Customer Service.
I called up Customer service, they told me I am in a wrong plan, and I even brought some extra text bundle which I never ask for. My account is just a mess. they have discount my bill straight away but they couldn't explained the break down of the new balance, and they said they can't re-supply a new corrected bill, therefore, I have no idea what is the stage of my a/c balance. They said my a/c will be fix, but I will have to pay the full amount of the bill (£26.23) first, then they will credit me the amount next month.
They also told me it will credit from the £100 deposit I pay when I signed my contract, which I been told by the sales that I will get this deposit back into my HSBC BANK a/c on the third month. I never ask them to use my deposit for paying my line rental.
My account is a mess, T-mobile have NEVER KEEP THE PROMISE, BUT KEEP CHARING CUSTOMER MONEY WITH LOTS OF "MISTAKES". This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am not sure if I am the only lucky one, or one of the many victims to joining T-mobile because their "fantastic deal".

i have a contract with t-mobile, they have ripped me off something cronic, however i have managed to sort out that side of it but i did get to the point of cancelling.
Now my phone is not working, i phoned them today and told them it is not working and basically they said tuff luck. they will not do anything until the contract runs out which is in june, they will not upgrade early or reapir the phone because the warranty is out, i said to them that how can they expect me to pay for a contract when i do not have a phone to use it, they basically said tuff luck, not interested there customer service is a shambles no respect or concern for their customers, they guy told me all they are interested in is the money side not the phones.
I would stay well away from them bad news, i am sticking to my payg o2 phone which i have 400 texts for 11.9 per month0 -
Where did you sign up with T-mobile? they told me the mobile usually come with 11 months warrently.
Just call up t-mobile again today, they said my bill is now changed back to £10.60, and the deposit will credit into my bank a/c in 14 days.... Hope they will make their promise this time and have a better internal communication.0 -

You say that you pay £11.90 per month for 400 text messages on O2 PAYG. If your on the O2 Online PAYG tariff you get 300 Free Texts per month for a £10 top up, plus you get to keep the £10.
If you top up by £15 per month you get 300 Free Texts plus 150 Off Peak X Network Mins in addition to keeping the £15.
Top up by £30 and you get 300 Free Texts plus 300 Off Peak X Network Mins in addition to keeping the £30

They made a bit of a mess up of signing me up. When I received the phone and put the sim on it was blocked .. I rang and they said they had been having problems with internet orders and that the computer was just signing accounts up as PAYG (wow a free phone on PAYG lol).. but anyway they sorted it pretty quickly.
Remember you can call the 0845 number on the site and you wont get charged 50p a minute this way.
