Hi Chris I've just emailed them the sim number etc as I seem to get more of a response via email customer care than talking to a numptey on the phone !!!!!!My kids have rung my number and it rings my phone oh god what a surprise so the family package is still up and running .I reckon they know they messed up and just dont wanna admit itPaul Walker , in my dreams;)0

The weird thing is that in your OP you say that the phone is totally blocked and yet when someone rings the phone it rings? Is that a change that has happened since you rang them at the weekend?
It is a good sign though that it did ring your number as it means they haven't accidentally assigned it to someone else.
I am intrigued to learn how they don't seem to have any of your correct details though.

Hi Chris no sorry a bit of confusion there from me i think i have always been able to recieve calls and txts just cant send anything or phone out Just spoke to the numpteys again as hadnt had an email back yet and they still wont let me access my account but to add injury to insult i get 2 txt from vodafone this morning saying that they have improved and updated my vodafone sim menu and to turn off phone and switch back on to configure are they taking the p*ss or what :mad:Paul Walker , in my dreams;)0
