The drinks aren't that bogging :rotfl: there is plenty to choose from and I guess you have to play around until you find flavours that suit. I like the butterscotch and vanilla and banana so far best. I might just live of those tbh.....and maybe a couple of soups. Then I am allowed lettuce, celery cress and mushrooms as much as I want and then 50g of protein!!!:j

    random choices!!!

i quite like shakes so i suppose they will be palatable.. i don't mind porrige when that comes in... and i already drink plenty water...

i've came off the diet drinks lately a lot so reckon i could kick the last one or two a day if i had to....

i already use skimmed milk anyway, i saw that was one of the options too....

  • I just get so down about myslef-that's why it hurts so much, I compare myself to others all the time.

And he is SO not going to BC to visit her-over my dead body.

And if he read the flirting with me and the guys? Well, he has to be honest. And I would be happy for him to see as Im not offering to go fly 6,000 miles to go visit.

I know there is no ryhme or reason to my logic guys. But it's how I feel.

Have to say, Bun, I agree with Maz. We all flirt on here a bit with Pepe, Len etc etc (remember when Mrs Marky appeared that day  ), I always feel the same about my OH when he gets occasioinal texts from this woman at the social club he drinks at and she starts on about the affair she is having with someone else there and I think she sees him as a bit of a ear to bend/knight in shining armour (sounds familiar to when I met him  ). I then think about my own...........erm..............indiscretions over the years (more words than deed!) and think (but fail) why am I jealous of someone I don't even know and to be honest is perfectly welcome to him!!

I maybe think it's about insecurities and self -esteem. We worry about what they are thinking about/saying to the other person, but think it's ok for us to have a bit of a harmless flirt because it's just a bit of fun.

I've probably explained myself reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally badly.

But I do have a big fying pan if you want me to smack him upside the head :D

well if it's how you feel then, it's how you feel so needs to be taken seriously........ i honestly think that you have so much to be positive about! you're funny, sexy, gorgeous, smart, witty! the list goes on....

And it's harmless flirting, if not the best choice of words on his part....

    Evening!

I had a lovely evening on Saturday with D - it was really horrible saying goodbye this morning. :(

We went for a meal and drinks and as well as rude stuff, we talked for hours and it just felt so right and so lovely being with him. :o

Came home to a load of grief from XOH and the kids being stroppy (but I still missed the little monkeys), so I'm a bit stressed and have eaten waaaay too much chinese take-away.

I'm seriously thinking about doing CD for a month - I think it would quite suit me not to have to think or worry about food for a little while - my only worry is how the hell I'm going to go on dates if I can't eat or drink? :(
