Happy Sunday everyone :j

I wish I had the willpower to do the CD to be honest. But Paul McKenna - I know I keep going on - I just can't believe the change in my attitude. I am really thinking about how hungry I am before I eat, and drinking more water - it's surprising how often I am thirsty and not hungry.

V bad news on the domestic front, OH will be in London from Wednesday - we thought we might have at least a couple more weeks I am going to see if I can work from home Tues & Weds, it would make life so much easier. We can't give up my wage, not yet, not with the dentist's bill, and everything else like, I dunno, heat and light...

oh no DD!!! i didn't realise it was going to be on the cards so soon!! nightmare!!

Trying to look on the brightside at least his first week will be a short week? Other people's OH have to do all kinds of crappy shifts so I am trying not to be precious about it, but I had stuff planned for Friday, maybe my mum will do a bit of babysitting at the weekend instead. The world will keep turning!

We'll see how my new PMA works tomorrow in the office - it is officially the most boring place on earth and eating is a brilliant way to pass the time...!

I'm just going to go and watch the fourth Paul McKenna show on catch up. I've seen how I really don't eat consciously, so I'm making the effort.

I couldn't last even a day on CD, so hats off to you Sammy. For me, it's the habit of food going into mouth, limiting choices would have me crawling the walls by 10am knowing I couldn't have anything other than the liquid replacements.

Well, I've got the car in the garage one weekend, DS's birthday and shopping for his holiday to fit in (he goes the Monday after the meet, so all needs sorted by then ). I hadnt realised it was so close to be honest :eek:

Didn't quite work for me, I kept thinking about eating and then eating it anyway!!!! although the imagining stuff covered in barber shop floor hair has kind of put me off a little bit.....
