Maz, I should be able to make Glasgow, might have to bring DS though but he could keep Erin amused!

That's great news! Will you be running it??

I'm sure Beanie will keep an eye on both our kids... i can vouch for her credentials! When me n Erin met her in Perth, they got on like a house on fire!!

Burlesque Babe, how was exOH when he got home and saw his flooded house?

He was understandably shocked. He got back without texting me to say he was nearly back so got in before I could get there to break it to him. I went down earlier and put the lights switch back on in the fuse box and the neighbour put the gas back on. He had a bit of panic over it all to start with and I could see him heading towards a bit of a what I used to call 'black' depression, but I managed to turn it around and as I was leaving, he was planning how much money to claim . He slept on the sofa as the room had been heated by the gas fire, but he should be able to sleep in the spare room tonight ashe has the 2 blower heaters in there Ihave lent him. I went back today and the neighbour went back up and it is a broken pipe. The neighbour's uncle is a plumber and was there within 10 minutes. i'm sure there will be some 'agreement' that they come to between them.;)

He was fine today, he called the emergency hotline, which was useless. The woman said 'we can't get someone out today, is there anyway you can contain it?' he said yes, someone was on there way and she was like 'oh, excellent, just call your insurance company tomorrow when they re-open'. So much for emergency assistance, he hasn't got any water!

Oh, it didn't help that he also cam back to find someone had hit his car in the car park at school whilst away.. .....they knocked his plate off and cracked his bumper. The guy left his number and I think the bloke is going to pay for it to be repaired.

    Hi Lenny

I have just been for my first run for six weeks!!!

After three mins of running OH said how far are we going.. anyway I only ran for 15mins...3 mins run 1 min walk. My nike+ said I went 0.00km at 0.00 pace:o will have to map my run and see what I did wrong.

I felt like I was having a heart attack and am now perspiring like a pig...

I didn't cough or wet my pants so things can only get better.:T

Spud - how are you getting to Manchester....if you want to meet up before Manchester I am happy to oblige, I am sure I will be up that way shortly.

I'll probably either tootle in on the train, or get DH to drop me off. I just told him you are all booking train tickets and hotels, and that I would be coming to meet you all :D

It would be lovely to meet you before, give me a shout next time you're up this way :T
