I aked if we could nip out this aft, so i could get a hat - I'm outside a lot and get really bad headaches and cold ears, so wanted maybe a beanie, or one of those with ear flaps.
DH huffed, said he wasnt in the mood to go out again, but we went (we'd already been out all AM for the things he wanted). Got to shop, and was so busy, I think world and his friend must be going skiing or summat. Anyhoo, eventually got parked, and went in.
Found hats, much more expensive than was expecting, so wasnt sure. Tried 2 on, and DD just laughed, as teenagers do. DH all this time was stood miles away with a face on, wouldnt give me an opinion, kept wandering off. At the price(£15 to £25, I just wanted someone to say either no you look daft, or it looks fine etc.
Came away with nowt, apart from DD's tracky bottoms for school. I'm sooo fed up.Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Yes please don't talk about food!! Or running for that matter, I wanted to go out for a run today to try my new nike+ out but OH wants to go tomorrow....
I am actually starving at the minute and I have had my 'tea' and my allowed 50g of protein and salad...and I have got to go to the cinema and drink water!!! I will take a wine glass and pretend its wine...
Don't forget its Paula's job and 130 miles over 5 or 6 days would be nothing to her.....easier than going to work every day...(I think!) - hope she isn't reading this....
Spud - I have a hat you can have, my OH came home in one that his mother bought him, I can't decide whether he looks like dumb out of dumb and dumber or deputy dawg...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

EVENING!!!
Pepe, I hate the M6.
Went to the gym again this morning, got weighed and measured and well, I have permanently reduced my weight by 6 lbs. CHUFFED. And have lost 3 inches off my waist.
(Even DH said my bottom looked 'better' this morning-took it as a compliment)
Went to Costco today, which is normally a 3 hour round trip including shopping but it ended up being over 5! Grrrr.
And it's bloody cold.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Just been Asda shopping...................its bluumin freezing out there:eek: I have had a cup of tea and an apple turnover to warm up:D (only a mini one)
Think I will make a nice spicy curry for dinner.
Grrrrrrrrr:eek: :eek:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
