Yes please don't talk about food!! Or running for that matter, I wanted to go out for a run today to try my new nike+ out but OH wants to go tomorrow....

I am actually starving at the minute and I have had my 'tea' and my allowed 50g of protein and salad...and I have got to go to the cinema and drink water!!! I will take a wine glass and pretend its wine...

Don't forget its Paula's job and 130 miles over 5 or 6 days would be nothing to her.....easier than going to work every day...(I think!) - hope she isn't reading this....

Spud - I have a hat you can have, my OH came home in one that his mother bought him, I can't decide whether he looks like dumb out of dumb and dumber or deputy dawg...

That's exactly why I wanted a second opinion before I bought one :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Sorry to hear you're so hungry. I've been wondering how you were doing

    EVENING!!!

    Pepe, I hate the M6.

Went to the gym again this morning, got weighed and measured and well, I have permanently reduced my weight by 6 lbs. CHUFFED. And have lost 3 inches off my waist.

(Even DH said my bottom looked 'better' this morning-took it as a compliment)

Went to Costco today, which is normally a 3 hour round trip including shopping but it ended up being over 5! Grrrr.

    And it's bloody cold.

Oh well done, and I like the permanent bit!!

tbh i have been doing okay and not really hungry at all, but I have not had my salad today (not organised on the shopping front).

I bought the lighter life magazine today to get some inspiration and its given me the will to carry on......
