WOULD you even look at a house with this - unusual - layout? Or would you assume the EAs had got it wrong?

I think it's been on the market for a year or more, and the 'relisting' on RM is a con. But whatever.

It's not that so much. Did you see the floor plan?

I like it. I wouldn't offer anywhere near the asking price though.

yesssss hmmmm. I'm not good with things like that, but even I can spot a bit of a difficulty. Puts a new slant on the phrase 'flying freehold'.

According to the floorplan you can only access the kitchen via the backdoor.

Presumably that isn't correct and you can in fact access that part of the house via the much more 'normal' route of via the utility room

    Have you been inside it?

You have to walk through the bathroom to get to the master bedroom and through the utility room to get to the kitchen!

On the floorplan, the only way to access the kitchen is through the back door......not very practical

  • The floor plan for the ground floor is awful. You would have to walk down the hall, into the living room, through another hall way, before reaching the dining room.

The utility room leads onto the kitchen only. And what's that little room between the hallway and the utility room? Just a cupboard? Why in Gord's name can't they just put a door in that and save all the bother?
