A not dissimilar story, only I was claiming off another NU customer who hit my bike & they ran me ragged over many months before killing my NCB & proposing what was an effectively fraudulent settlement & even then giving me the run-around for payment.

I eventually turned-up in their office, late on a Friday, with a rucsac, sleeping bag & a flask, demanding payment before I left. Funny how that moved things along nicely.

Changed insurers ASAP & have never had anything to do with the firm since. No wonder they changed their name. :mad:
