  • we have a caravan at craig tara and our kids love it, has been toataly refurbished and lots to do, it is a busy park and has really good kids clubs and entertainment, also it is a good base only 5 mins into ayr for shopping and an excellent big kids soft play called "pirate petes" at ayr sea front(there is a soft play area at craig tara as well) also blair drummond safari park and lowden castle only about an hour away if you want a day out, have to say the pool at craig tara is really good with slides and water features and we rarely leave the park except for food shopping (my little 1 loves the haven Rory the tiger and Bradley bear and now has so many soft toys we can hardley fit her into bed with them:rotfl: )
  • oh that sounds good!

I've stayed in Craig Tara in July 2007 (before the refurbishment than) and I had a good, clean caravan with plenty of candles (hmmm), but than we only used it as a base. It didn't seem that bad anyway, but than we are not the sort of people to hang around just as the caravan park.
