Cannot Save to Memory Pen ...

Right now, one to test you serious Techies out there. Purchased brand new computer October 2005. Purchased memory pen from same shop two weeks later. Managed to transfer some of the data from floppies, but not all due to problem developing. Problem: Cannot save (or alter documents and resave) to memory pen - it comes up…

Believe the problem to be solved now - however, it took a new memory pen, new USB ports and a new motherboard before they actually realised it was a Windows issue. So ... many thanks to those who attempted to help.
