Yes, my mother got the £100 for joining, £100 for leaving (and also a further £80 for taking out some mininal life insurance inbetween - she cancelled the policy as soon as the incentive was paid.Anyone successfully claim £100 back for leaving after 6 months?

To close the account she withdrew all her funds and then sent a secure message citing the reason that she was paid zero interest on the FD account - compared with over 5% on her Halifax HICA at the time.
The final £100 from FD was deposited in the Halifax account a couple of days later.:j

OK, so my new debit card (Visa one) has come... without a cheque guarantee logo on it?!? Bit strange seeing as theyve sent me a cheque book too...0
