The place I stayed had 24 hour AI, the breakfasts were about 7.30 till 11.30, lunch normal times & dinner was till about 10pm.
    The Bistro was open 24/7.

The dining around as much as you like is guranteed.

There were three bonus things on the flight (luggage, drink & I can't remember the other. Could have been seating together?).

Mrs E - what did you think of your hotel ? was it good value for money ?
Thinking of booking this hotel for my 40th birthday in November

    I would recommend it.

Its a good ride out from Sharm they have a free/cheap bus that goes in, or you can get a cab.

You must go to the French restaurant & have the (7 course:o , small courses honestly;) ) set meal. I think it was £35 per person & well worth it as an extra treat.

We upgraded to a premier room (it was the first leg up grade) they also do suites.

If you have no children, ask for a room near the relax pool.

    The hotel is HUGE.

    Bring your snorkle & mask;)
Take a day trip to Ras Mohammed (little bit of paradise;) ).

There are a few a la cartes to choose from, if you book with the Thompson premier brochure you get unlimited use;) If you book with Portland its cheaper, but you get a smaller luggage allowance & limited use of a la carte restaurants.

Thanks for the info Mrs E,
I have taken the plunge and booked for a week via Thomson website which was £140 cheaper than Portland were quoting, booked a double family room as my 10 year old son will be with us.
Think I will give the 7 course meal a miss though - already fat enough and need to keep some space for all the alcohol

Just need to start saving now :(
