I agree with this very strongly actually.

Raised expectarions = 'dreamers'

'evangelists' = 'blinkered'

'not accepting chosen company having faults' = 'not allowed to disagree with the pharaohs'

Been there - got the t-shirt - I was told after 2 hours of training that I was now a 'business owner!' and that I should do everything I could to uphold the brand and values! LOL

I admire anyone who tries to get the very best deal in anything, I genuinely do. My comment about your final bill is to do with, to me, the well-dodgy practice of Eon not giving any discounts on your final bill (buried in their T&Cs)...
