    Is it so difficult to admit that by using the pre payment card one can pay less for electricity and gas than with any other provider?

    Certainly for Cardew, I'm afraid it's probably physically impossible for him to say anything positive about UW. :rolleyes:

    Woooahh....I never said that, Nigel :eek: :D
    OOPS! I obviously "cut" in wrong the place. Apologies.

    Then, I had to edit the post because I forgot to write wrong. Duh! :confused:

    Obviously a few quote gremlins on the board today....

    Part of it is the number of "evangelists" who will not accept that their chosen company can have faults. Part of it is the raised expectations that some people encourage their downline with and part of it is the lack of understanding about the business model. quote]

    I agree with this very strongly actually.

    Raised expectarions = 'dreamers'

    'evangelists' = 'blinkered'

    'not accepting chosen company having faults' = 'not allowed to disagree with the pharaohs'

    Been there - got the t-shirt - I was told after 2 hours of training that I was now a 'business owner!' and that I should do everything I could to uphold the brand and values! LOL

    Genuinely great work, jimexbox! :beer: Plus, in your case, if you switched I believe you would get 'done over' on your final bill so probably best to stay put, anyway.

    Scarcasm?;)

    Anyway, I was merely pointing out why the likes of UW, Sky and Virgin media offer so many enhanced packages. Tell me, am I wrong?

    :eek: Woooahhh...absolutely on the life of my kids no sarcasm whasoever, jimexbox, apologies if it came across like that. That's the problem with the written word, I suppose. I admire anyone who tries to get the very best deal in anything, I genuinely do. My comment about your final bill is to do with, to me, the well-dodgy practice of Eon not giving any discounts on your final bill (buried in their T&Cs)...

    Sorry, just been to the dentist. This thread seems to offer up a multitude of posts open to different interpretation. :beer:
