AAAGH!! please can someone advise me re: getting my refund from Tiscali - they have already agreed to refund me over two hundred pounds for a service i never received. today i received letter from their collections agency telling me i owe them £17.50. Every time i phone i am passed on to another department. They can only give me an email address to complain to. I want to speak to the most director of Tiscali cos i'm sick of wasted (expensive)phone calls to them. Thank you.
