I'm glad I've found this post. I ordered the wedding gift set and two polishes and the freebie. paid...then 2 days later received a n email informing me that the set was not in stock so I ordered something of a lower value. I have not managed to view my banking yet so don't know how much i was charged but I didn't get any of my three freebies nor notification that i wouldn't.

i too have just emailed them about the refund in postage as I didnt get any notification i would not be getting anything from the order
