I ordered before 9am on the 9th and my package arrived on the 10th!

And I got a selection of the Nail Girl products from Superdrug in Staines. Base coats were 49p and Cuticle Oil 99p. Had to rummage around in the bins though...:D

I contacted Nails inc after ordering the offers shown above, They said that the some of the items would not be honoured as a technical fault had made them available. This was the November minis and Friday Frenzy BOGOF offer. They gave me the option to cancel which I have done as it wasn't as great an offer as I had thought and ordered!

I am very sorry for any confusion with your order but unfortunately we experienced a technical error on Friday where some customers seem to have accessed Friday Frenzy offers from pervious months. The November gift for example was for that month only and we do not have any left in stock. The buy one get one free offer is also from a pervious month. We are currently doing our best to investigate how customers have managed to access the previous offers.

I apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused and hope that this does not deter you from visiting nails inc again in the future.

so what did you think about the email? The offer is still good value but QVC has equally good offers and you can send them back after 30 days if the colours don't suit.

I still think the deal with the nail varnishes is very good plus you still get the extra one if you registered with them .. so still a pretty good deal . Just a shame about the other freebies

Have had a confirmation e-mail and both of the freebies are on there, so fingers crossed!

Note- there are no images so I'm not sure exactly what they will be but I'm quite excited to see (also when you add the friday frenzy postage goes up by £1 so guess they must be quite heavy)
