Got mine today and the freebie sample- however was disappointed that the sample was the same colour as one I got in the set... wish it had of been something different.

I recieved no email telling me they wouldn't be sent either.
Plus they charged me £20.99!

mine's just arrived (at last!) by a very softly spoken delivery chappie who frankly didn;t look old enough to drive

Got my mini freebie - it's the victoria the, er, 'dark blood' coloured one, which i love

love the bright pink one and the black, adn the rest is destined for girlie friends' presents during the year

thats the price with the discount code, i got charged that as well

I had my order cancelled.

Recieved an email saying it was cancelled and i was to order something else via email, or send an email to request a refund should i not require anything else.

I guess i ordered pretty late on and there was no stock left, im not too fussed as i got quite a few nails inc bits in superdrug for 49p each.

Are they allowed to do this, take my money then at a later date cancel my order but ask to to request that the money is refunded.

I did not recieve the 2 freebies (friday frenzy and november something) I;m quite disappointed to be honest.. I was looking forward to the gifts
And i didnt recieve an email telling me i wouldnt get them
Anyone know what I can do?

It is a bit rude of them not informing us that we wouldn't get the freebies! I didn't even get the mini polish or anything

Hi , This is my first ever post on MSE , thought it was about time I left a msg after taking advantage of a lot of the offers on here!
I placed an order on Nails inc last Fri - used the November minis code and Friday Frenzy.Got confirmation these were on my order- they didn't arrive.. only my wedding collection gift set ( no signing up freebie either :-(
The nail files in my set were dirty so I emailed to complain and also mentioned the free gifts. I was told these were not available as they were codes from past promos and Nails inc don't understand how people have been able to access them - tee hee hee!

anyway I am being sent new files and my mini signing up freebie and £1 refund on my postage :-) ( the postage went up because I had the freebies on there)

Thanks for reminding me about that £1 charge crystalpink! I've just sent them an email about that as well. I received my order for the 7 piece and the freebie (got a nice bright pink nail colour) which I'm very happy about!

Mine arrived late last night. My sample was a bright pink - very nice. Now I just need them to refund the extra £1.00 postage for the freebies not received.
