    Afternoon all

It's so cold out there today (I know this isn't news to any of you but it warrented saying again :D )

    Talking of rebound relationships.....

I left my (now ex) husband (and when I say left, I mean he left as I stayed put with the kids but I eneded it - are you keeping up so far???) on a tuesday, on the wednesday night I ventured into a chatroom, thought I'd see what all the fuss was about, started chatting to a few people, one of the blokes was really boring, his first time chatting too, anyway we ended up swapping email addresses, he sent a "hope to chat soon" mail, chatted maybe 3/4 times over the coming week (he was still really boring but harmless) He then sent me a lovely email that really showed him as less boring and more approachable. He asked for my phone number, called me a couple of days later and we arranged to meet the following weekend.

We've just celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary and couldn't be happier :D He loves both DD's as his own and is fiercly protective of them both.....Had I not left my ex on that day I'd never have met new hubby - he lived 250 miles away - life's strange - but ooooh so good :T

Pooky - that's is so funny - you saying he was boring. When I met hubby he was in a group of blokes and I thought they were all ugly (although he was best of the bad bunch!)
  • Afternoon all,
