Cellnet/O2 free number ending soon.
My father-in law still uses the old Cellnet phone whereby if you top up with £15 you get free calls to a particular number for 3 months.
However, I've just topped it up for him and O2 are saying the technology is too old and the phone and sim will no longer work after 31st May.
This seems to be just an excuse for a money making exercise to me.

what model phone is it and how long you had the sim. I dont think theres anything you can really do, unless someone else helps youIf people cant help people on these threads, then they should rather not say anything then say something which isnt any use to the person who needs help0

a friend of mine got a free nokia 1100 and kept the free calls home so if i were you i would argue with them till you get the same0
