FWIW FB does a great job and gives up masses of time for us lot, so we have to be patient-I'm sure the update will be done at the earliest opportunity. I know we're all eager to know.
So just be patient please. :)

Evening all. In a bit of pain at present!

Went out for a 22 mile cycle after work this evening, then had to do my usual 7 mile commute home. That on top of a 42 mile cycle on Sunday. Probably done close to 100 miles in three days

Toying with the idea of throwing in the towel, but if I can, I'll get the updates to chart 10 out this evening.

If not, then it's chart 10 and chart 11 tomorrow.

@tattycath - thanks for the support!. All previous charts have been published on the 12th of the specified month - ok, sometimes later in the evening, but I'll try and get the chart out today.

@taka - yes, I'm (stupidly?) still considering running a third challenge. Was aiming to get June chart updates out of the way and then post some information on that in July...

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

    Phew!

With about 45 minutes to spare, hot off the press is an updated chart 10.

So many are so close to clearing their mortgages and others are doing so well.

Setmefree2 becomes mortgage free during this chart.

As per usual, check your entry if you have supplied an update and pass another one through or PM me if it's incorrect. It's also not too late to provide an update - usual google docs form, which can be found on page one of this thread.

    The updated chart is here:
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?hl=en_GB&hl=en_GB&key=0AnhcWfGMRVgddGtzMTdvS1VnNXUwakpPc3NjZzRHMVE&single=true&gid=46&output=html

Going to turn in the towel now, but will do some housekeeping tomorrow and clone chart 10 to give a chart 11.

    Thanks,
    Financial Bliss.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
Thank you for the chart, super as always!

Was just having a browse at everyones figures and its quite interesting looking at what has happened to your numbers.

I look at the negative ones and think oooh maybe they got a new house and some people that have completely smashed their original target and wonder if they underestimated themselves or won some money or even just put themselves through misery to get there. I guess looking at it those almost 3 years now its weird looking back on the things that have happened that have affected your goal or motivation to completed it. I imagine the people in the yellow were very accurate about what could pay and probably stretched themselves just enough and maybe the recession/ increased cost of living has affected that just a tiny bit making it even more of an achievement...its all assumptions but rather interesting.

Its amazing how so many people can really throw large sums of money at it. I do look back and wonder what we used to do with our money. I guess we just met had some holidays, did some decorating, got married but there was nothing left over, now we both earn a little more but the major lesson has been really making decisions how to make the most of your money, I wish I had been born with this knowledge but at the same time its been a hard lesson learned so now one I won't forget, I don't think I was ever mature enough to be so sensible about it all before now, now we can see the main benefit for our family. Hopefully I will come out of this and have a happy medium in life as this challenge has been very hard and especially around year two we made it hard, I don't want to be in that situation again!!

Sorry for the deep and meaningful moment! Well done everyone tho, next update should be our last, so grateful for this challenge!
Mortgage November 2003 was £135k, but thanks to this website on 28/08/12 we became MORTGAGE FREE!
Now just over 2 years we have taken on the challenge again! )(starting £237k Nov 2014) Current mortgage £232,399.82, current overpayment total £1550, years remaining= 17

Love the meaningful study of the figures gerbiljo and as for those deeply in the red - sh*t happens - in our case losing half our income very suddenly  but still who knows what the next three years holds and we are at least still trying ;)
