It looks a bit more like OS X, but it's done in a really cack handed way. Unfortunately, the functionality is Windows through and through.

    Amusing video:

My boss has banned anything Apple from our company for only one reason and it's nothing to do with appearance or functionality. It's purely because of the arrogant attitude of a disproportionate number of mac users. :)

I'm paraphrasing but this thread does demonstrate the kind of thing that I can see would annoy the hell out of my boss. You get a lot of "look what xxx copied from Apple" but you don't get threads starting with "look Apple copied xxx" by xxx users. All companies copy off each other, if something works why not? There's very few true innovations, generally just variations of the same theme and Apple certainly don't have that many innovations. I've been using a "dock" in operating systems long before Apple thought it'd be a good idea to "invent" one for theirs for example.

I like Apple products but I do find some of their rhetoric and some of their users' attitudes a bit hard to stomach at times myself. Apple put products together in a well packaged way and quite slickly but I don't see how their mere existence means they're the be all and end all of computing innovation. I'm not sure I've seen anything in OS X that I haven't seen elsewhere in some form or another.

I use Mac and I use Windows XP & Vista, and I can't say that Mac OS X is any better than Windoze.
The Mac interface is a mish-mash of ideas and metaphors, and Windows is a bit boring.
    Otherwise they're about equal.

Which copied from x which copied from y which copied from z and so on. :)

There's something quite poetic about how Apple actually copied their first GUI from Xerox!!
