DELETING KERIO AND INSTALLING ANOTHER FIREWALL

I am printing it all off and will let you know how I get on ! First though I am going to try and re-load the Kerio programme and the InstallShield engine which is compatible. I this works I will probably persevere with Kerio as it has worked well for me until I tried to update it ! Thanks to everyone who replied and please do not use any more of your time unless I get back to you in person. Thanks again.

PROBLEM SOLVED !!!

A BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED.
Have now managed to solve the problem. Re-booting did not help, but downloading Kerio again over the existing version DID ! Well, after a while anyway. Once again it stated that my InstallShield engine was out of date, but I checked the file version of the download and then downloaded the InstallShield again and hey presto! this time it all worked ! So I still have Kerio and I have the updated version, so I will live with that ! Boy oh Boy, one can get into all sorts of problems if you do no know what you are doing! Thanks to the MSE Chat Forum and the contributors !!! at least one of my worries are over !
