Sainsburys and 1st Credit

i got the same letter as you in relation to my request for a copy of credit agreement and statment of account. just to point out, they quote the 1925 property act as a reason for not needing to send you a copy of the deed of assignment; they are right but you need to have been informed by sainsburys not 1st credit about the transfer, and a forged note from sainburys would not count. as for the CCA surely if they bought the loan they got the proof it existed, i mean you wouldn't buy a car without a log book would you? and finally how can sainburys be their clients, i though they bought the loan (hence the deed of assignment) from sainburys, not they are working for sainburys?0
