I just dont understand what Paypal are doing now and what they hope to achieve.

    Neither do I.

The judgment has been made by court staff (determination) after the claimant rejected your offer.

That might indicate that the claimant will ask for a redetermination (they have 16 days) and you would ask for this to be heard at your local court.

But let's take one step at a time! You have been ordered to make the payments you are already making. So you and your representatives need do nothing other than what you are already doing, until you are informed otherwise.

    Hi

Even better, you ask for a redetermination at your local court? Or set aside?

My guess is that Payplan have made an admisison on your behalf even if thet is not what you wanted?

Check exactly what they sent the court?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
  • Had word from Payplan,it is due to it being a joint loan. The judgement is only for my part,so they want to seperate the loan.I.E. 50 % each.

    Thanks

I'm still confused. If it's a joint loan then 'joint and several liability' means that you are liable for the full debt (as is the other party).

Can anyone explain what's going on here?
  • Hello I spoke with Payplan and dont understand really.I will see whats happens,

    Thanks
